
Home made pizza is always healthy, yes I said healthy because the way we make it with all the fresh vegetables and chicken, you can always trust your pizza and know what you’re actually putting in your stomach but we also want to make our pizzas to taste delicious and cheesy at the same time so, this is my recipe on “Chicken Pizza” which is very simple, extremely delicious and juicy that can make you forget about having pizzas from outside ever again. No Kidding! All you need is an instant pizza sauce and Pizza bread fresh from bakery, rest everything should already be in your kitchen to make this Pizza. So here it goes…

Pizza Ingredients :
Items | Quantity |
Pizza Bread | 3 |
Boneless Chicken pieces (cut small cube-sized) | 250 grams |
Onions Sliced | 1 |
Red – Yellow – Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) Sliced | 1/2 each |
Red Chili Flakes | For Seasoning |
Oregano | For Seasoning |
Italian Seasoning (Optional) | For Seasoning |
Pizza Cheese (Mozzarella+Cheddar) | Grated |
Butter | To Bake 1 tbsp |
Pizza Chicken Marination Ingredients:
Items | Quantity |
Boneless Chicken (cube sized pieces) | 250 grams |
Garlic Paste | 1 tsp |
Black Pepper Powder | 1/2 tsp |
Tandoori Masala Powder | 1 tsp |
White Vinegar | 1 tbsp |
Red Chili Powder | 1 tsp |
Cornflour | 1 tbsp |
Salt | 2 tsp/As Per Taste |
How To Marinate the Chicken:
- Mix all the listed ingredients above in a bowl with the chicken. Mix & Marinade. Set aside 30 minutes.
- In a heated pan, add vegetable oil and shallow fry the chicken pieces over high flame until its cooked properly. Once done, set aside.
How To Make the Chicken Pizza:
Step 1: Apply 2-3 tbsp pizza sauce evenly over the pizza bread. Spread well. Add the fried chicken pieces evenly over the bread.
Step 2: Now add chopped Onions and Bell Pepper over the bread. Spread well till its fully covered.
Step 3: Grate Pizza cheese, red chili flakes, oregano and Italian seasoning (optional).
Step 4: Add 1 tbsp butter in a pan and place the chicken pizza and cover the pan over low medium flame, bake for 7-8 minutes approx. till the cheese melts and the bread is well cooked. Check in between to avoid over burning the bread bottom.
Step 5: Cut the pizza with a pizza cutter and serve hot with ketchup.

So, I’m all ready to enjoy my cozy evening by having home made hot “Homemade Chicken Pizza” by the window. And I truly challenge you’all to skip your Domino’s pizza for a day and try this home made unlimited delicious chicken pizza’s and make everyone proud.
